RODEO
RODEO is an online (SAAS) project administration tool for the creative industries. The Amsterdam-based startup RODEO approached us with a concept, a whole load of marketing research and a really long backlog. We took on the challenge as Product Owner specialized in UX Design. Being the link between stakeholders and the development team, we were in charge of efficient, agile development cycles. Adding in our UX design expertise, we were able to create an unique user-friendly environment tailored to the creative industry.
