Parkrand Housing Complex

Welcome to our former headquarters. This virtual tour contains two of the three outside spaces called the  “Children’s Room” and the ” Living Room” of the Parkrand Housing Complex in Amsterdam, the Netherlands by MVRDV Architects. Both views were shot at 360° x 180° composed of 72 photos shot at 3 exposures.

‘MVRDV Architects suggested turning the three outdoor spaces into an enclosed park, an extension of the park outside through the building as it were,’ explains Hutten. ‘but I thought: let’s make a country house for the residents. That immediately suggests heading somewhere for happy holidays. Hence the three rooms: kitchen, living room, children’s room and once we thought of the three rooms as one house, then the façades became wallpaper.’ For each of these three rooms Hutten designed items of oversized furniture.
